Whether you are passionate about photography or just someone who likes to have a camera or cameraphone to hand on your travels, our extensive Lake District area guides not only highlight the best photographic locations to be found in each area of the Lakes you might visit, but also pinpoint the location we took our shots to within 3 metres. In addition, our guides detail all the camera settings we used to captures our images, highlight parking areas, the best walking routes and also offer some insightful insider knowledge along the way.

Each of our guides splits the Lake District into a specific manageable location that you might choose to visit - Little Langdale, Great Langdale, Windermere, Coniston etc. In this way, you can quickly pinpoint all of the stunning locations which are local to your stay. Within each guide we include a number of extremely photogenic photographic locations that can be found within that specific area and each location then contains between three and five amazing images, all taken at different times of day and year. Our publications usually have in excess of 75 stunning images per volume.

Our guides can act as information, inspiration or just as stunning coffee table books highlighting this incredible section of the UK’s diverse landscape and, to demonstrate that all shots match the information we supply, we also include Lauryn (our very friendly bear) in each and every shot we take. Sometimes Lauryn takes centre stage in the frame and at other times… well, she can be just a little bit trickier to find!
